Vitalis Consulting provides project management and health and safety services to Greenfield Residence, underway in Bucharest’s Baneasa district. The first phase of the project, which broke ground in 2006, included 34 villas and 680 apartments on 10 ha. The second phase of Greenfield started in June 2014, with Vitalis Consulting as Project Manager. This phase was completed in May and includes nine five-story housing blocks.
Impact Developer & Contractor will develop an additional 17 five-story buildings. The next phase also includes a 9,600 sqm community center, which is expected to take 18 months to complete
