Vitalis Consulting, in partnership with developer Adama have started another residential project, located in the heart of Berceni neighborhood, nearby the Piata Sudului metro station.
Launched in March, Evocasa Serenia is envisioned as a high-quality residential project, and is scheduled for completion within 12 months through an investment of €3m. Vitalis Consulting is handling project and cost management services for the project, along with site management services, site inspection services and health and safety coordination services.
Vitalis Consulting has also been appointed by GarantiBank and NGY Properties (the Romanian arm of Atenor Group) as project monitor on Hermes Business Campus 2. This 8-storey building, now under construction, is located in the highly developed northern business district of Bucharest on Dimitrie Pompei Blvd, opposite Pipera metro station. Octagon Contracting & Engineering has taken over the general contractor role. Hermes Business Park is an A Class office complex, which is being implemented in three phases. The whole complex will comprise 78,000 sqm when completed.
Vitalis Consulting provided technical and financial due diligence services related to Hermes Business Campus – Building A for the Belgian real estate developer Atenor Group.
