The Czech billionaire and owner of CPI real estate group Radovan Vítek has already poured CZK 750m into the redevelopment of the Swiss ski resort Crans Montana and has now started building a five-star hotel on the property. At the same time, he has strengthened his position at the Swiss ski lift operator Remontées Mecaniques Crans Montana Aminona (CMA), writes the server e15. Vítek currently has a 36.6-percent stake in the company and has already invested CZK 407m into CMA, according to the Swiss TV channel Cabal 9. Vítek also increased his stake at CMA Immobilier to 50 percent after pumping CZK 344m into the company.
