Vivawest acquired two residential schemes in Bonn. The first project will include 79 rental apartments in two buildings in the city’s Auerberg district. Vivawest purchased the project from Lanzerath Hausbau. The second investment, acquired from Florak Immobilien, will offer 50 units in two buildings. Construction on both projects is scheduled to start this spring, with completion set for the the end of 2016. Vivawest manages more than 120,000 apartments in 76 communities in the Rhine-Ruhr Region.
