Vodafone is planning to relocate its global IT service center from India to either Romania or Hungary, according to the news server Wall Street.
Market watchers are speculating that Romania has the better chances of landing the deal as it can offer Vodafone better fiscal incentives and lower taxes, but negotiations with authorities in Budapest are still underway, according to media reports.
Between April and September, Vodafone Romania reported €388.75m in revenues and an EBITDA figure of €148.75m.
