Bucharest One, the office building, developed by Globalworth Real Estate Investments in the Barbu Vacarescu area, has achieved 37.5 percent occupancy. This is due in large part to the conclusion of a 10 year lease with Vodafone for 16,000 sqm, according to company documents, which described the deal as one of Bucharest’s largest. Construction of the 23-floor, 46,000 sqm Bucharest One has been entrusted to BogArt office and is slated for completion in the third quarter of 2015.
