In what is considered one of the largest lease transactions on the Budapest office market this year, Vodafone took 13,800 sqm at Arena Corner. The telecom company renewed its lease at the project’s Kerepesi Tower, expanding it to 8,112 sqm, and signed on for a total of 5,600 sqm of additional space at Hungaria and Szoreny Towers. The company runs its Hungarian shared service center at Arena Corner. The project offers a total of 29,000 sqm of space and is currently 95 percent leased. Vodafone was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
