Volkmar Drescher was named head of development services at Prelios Immobilien Management. He will be responsible for shopping center development and the revitalization of non-profitable retail properties in the company’s portfolio. Drescher joined Prelios last year. He previously worked for ECE, Bouygues, Köllmann and Wilma. He studied architecture in Hamburg and Paris and holds a master’s degree in urban planning and policy development.
