Macedonian Minister of Economy Kresnik Bektesi signed a concession contract with Volostown to conduct detailed geological explorations of mineral resources in Prilep and Dolneni. The value of the investment is around €7.3m. Prilep has already received €2m, while Dolneni was allocated €3.7m. Funds will be used for infrastructure projects, water supply and local development. Volostown said it will invest an additional €22m over the next four years to build a new factory that will employ 500 people.
