Volumetric introduces Bucharest residential scheme

The Spanish real estate developer Volumetric could begin its second residential project in Bucharest by the spring. Earlier this year, the developer bought a 5,300 sqm plot in the Carol Park area in Bucharest for the purpose. Volumetric is currently selling off flats in its first Romanian project, which it build in the town of Brasov.

Called Privilegio, it includes 156 homes, of which about 50 are still available.
Dan Flesariu, the general manager of the company said that sales went well over the summer when, at a rate of about 7 apartments per month.

Along with its real estate activities, Volumetric Group also takes part in alternative energy and health care projects and is active in the food industry sector as well. Its real estate activities extend to Poland and Hungary.
