Von der Heyden Group has started construction of the Andersia Silver office building in Poznan. The investment is being developed by the group through a joint venture company between First Polish Real Estate B.V. and the City of Poznan. PORR is the general contractor. The 117.5-meter skyscraper will be Poznan’s tallest class A office building. Andersia Silver was designed by Ewa and Stanislaw Sipinski. The project is expected to be completed in the first half of 2023.
