Vorwerk Polska, an international distributor of high-class household appliances, has moved its headquarters to the West 4 Business Hub complex in Wrocław. Walter Herz advised the company in the search for a location and the relocation process of the office
The Vorwerk Polska company has chosen the West 4 Business Hub office building, located at Na Ostatni Groszu Street, in the north-western part of Wrocław, as the site of its new headquarters. The distributor has leased over 1,900 sqm of space in the new building, which is part of the complex. Relocation to a new office is related to the desire to create better conditions for the development of the company’s organizational culture and to provide the team with an attractive working environment, as well as the need to expand the coworking space.
“Moving to a new seat is a natural response to the growing needs in the field of modernizing office space. The new headquarters of the company is an investment in our team. We chose West 4 Business Hub because it meets the highest standards in terms of comfort and safety at work. We also wanted to be able to arrange a spacious and comfortable common area, a modern kitchen and many training rooms. It was also important for us to be able to arrange the kitchen in a way that would enable the development of recipes for Thermomix®. The favorable lease terms that were negotiated were also motivating to make a decision on the selection of this investment,” says Wojciech Ćmikiewicz, General Director of Vorwerk Polska.
“The company Vorwerk Polska entrusted us with conducting a comprehensive process of relocation of the headquarters, including financial, legal and technical negotiations. It was important for us to quickly complete the selection and location selection as well as negotiations, because the tenant expected a quick move. The building was to meet the appropriate technical conditions and provide a comfortable work space. Our goal was also to create a training zone with teaching facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. It was important that the space was highly adaptable. The location was also to guarantee the number of parking spaces expected by the tenant.
