The Vox Technology Park in Timisoara was awarded BREEAM In-Use v6 certification with an Outstanding rating, the highest level existing internationally and the first in Romania to obtain this level. The BREEAM v6 is the latest and most rigorous version of sustainable real estate certification. The latest version of BREEAM certification brings many improvements in terms of assessing the results of building management, health in enclosed spaces, in a general context dominated by the Covid-19 pandemic and adaptation to climate change, in addition to the parameters followed by previous versions.
