VS Transport has leased 13,400 sqm at Panattoni Park Wrocław VII. The logistic operator will move into the complex this month. Panattoni Park Wrocław VII is located in Bielany Wrocławskie near the Wrocław Motorway Bypass. Panattoni is planning to build an additional 38,000 sqm at the same location, increasing the project’s planned capacity to close to 150,000 sqm. To date, Panattoni Europe has delivered 850,000 sqm in Wrocław, within the framework of both proprietary parks and projects dedicated to specific customers like BTS Amazon. Panattoni currently has 85,000 sqm under development in Wrocław.
