The New York-based investment company W. P. Carey has purchased a dormitory on the campus of Jacksonville University for $17.5 million. Built in 2015, the three-wing dorm named North Campus Hall, is a four story building housing 274 students. The seller in the project was Rimrock Delvin Dorms LLC acting through Dolphin Dorms LLC. Although the university was not involved in any part of the sale, it will continue to operate as the tenant and administrator of the building.
