In one of the biggest transaction of Q4, W.P. Carey added Polkomtel’s Warsaw headquarters building to its portfolio. Located at Konstruktorska street in the Służewiec district, the 23,000 sqm is leased to Polkomtel for 10 years, with annual eurozone CPI-based rental growth agreed to in the deal. W.P. Carey specializes in corporate sale-leaseback and build-to-suit financing and in the acquisition of single-tenant net lease properties.
