W.P. Carey has purchased the Jacksonville corporate headquarters of the Acosta marketing firm for $17 million. The 88,000-square-foot office building is located at 6600 Corporate Center Parkway on the southside of Jacksonville. The office building houses 400 employees and senior executives. There are 12 years left on the lease with an annual increase of 3.26 percent year.
