W.P. Carey has purchased Windermere Preparatory School building on the west side of Orlando for $47.8 million. The sale of the 46.42 acre facility includes a provision that the school enter into a lease back of the property for at least 25 years. The private pre-kindergarten through high school is part of Nord Anglia Education Inc., an international operator of private schools. Nord Anglia Education bought the land on Winter Garden Vineland Road in Windermere in May of 2007 for $29 million.
