W.W. Norton & Company has signed a new and expanded lease with L&B Realty Advisors office building at 500 Fifth Avenue. The publisher, which has been in the building for the past 4 decades, expanded its 78,000 sqf lease in the 59 story building by 17,000 sqf. The company will now occupy the entire fifth through eighth floors and part of the ninth floor. Other tenants at the building include fashion retailer Vince and The University of Oxford’s North American office. Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry Blair and Sean Kearns represented L&B Realty, while a Savills Studley team of Daniel Horowitz, Jeffrey Peck, Gary Kerper and Roi Shleifer represented the publisher.
