Jacek Wachowicz and Yovav Carmi have left the board of directors at GTC to take over the the running of the company’s investment, leasing and asset management activity, the company wrote in a statement. Wachowicz and Carmi were named members of GTC’s board of directors last year. The company is planning a series of acquisitions in the coming twelve months and that would launch construction of the second phase of University Business Park in Łódź.
Jacek Wachowicz has been GTC’s sales and leasing director since 2011. He graduated from Warsaw’s University in 1992 and started his career at Raiffeisen Bank in Warsaw. Before joining GTC, he worked for Heitman Real Estate Management and for TriGranit Development Polska.
