Waimea Holding is planning to a launch a network of small warehouse modules project called Małe Magazyny. The projects on plots of land of up to 3 ha located in regional towns across Poland. First examples are already planned in Bydgoszcz, Poznań, Gdańsk and Nadarzyn. They will offer from 7,000 sqm to 15,000 sqm, with individual units to range in size from 300 sqm to 1,000 sqm. The buildings will include office space as well as car parks.
