The Wallberg developer obtained the construction permit for the third tower in the XCity Towers complex, the first residential tower district developed in the northern area of Timișoara which will total over 1,000 apartments.
The developer has also prepared the organization of the site and started the construction work. In parallel, the construction of the second tower of XCity Towers, which will be delivered this year, is being completed.
The building whose construction has been authorized will have a height regime of 16 floors and will include 148 apartments. The building will include several types of studio apartments, respectively two and three rooms with generous terraces.
