Wallberg completed the first tower of the XCity Towers project developed in the northern part of Timisoara. The 134 apartments were sold in full. Tower One has a height of 15 floors and is currently the tallest residential building in use in the western region of the country. Also, the works are advancing at an accelerated pace at the second residential tower, with a height of 16 floors and 148 apartments.
With the commissioning of the building, Wallberg delivers an area of 600 sqm of commercial space. In Tower One, a medical office and a bakery store will operate from the beginning, and other services will be added. Also, 165 parking spaces were completed. The park that serves the ensemble will have an area of 5,000 sqm, and will start this spring.
