The real estate developer Wallberg announces the start of the construction of the fourth building in the XCity Towers residential complex in Timișoara, reaching the halfway point of the project that has 1,000 apartments planned.
The building called Four will have a height regime of 11 floors and will include 77 individual units and 89 parking spaces, as well as a generous area for green spaces and a park of 6,000 sqm. The value of the project is estimated at over EUR 10 million.
According to the company, the building will meet nZEB standards, offering a smart home system and underfloor heating, and the building will be equipped with solar panels and heat pumps to increase energy efficiency.
