Wallberg Properties, controlled by the entrepreneur Valentin Morar, is developing 955 apartments in Timisoara. Investment costs are expected to exceed €62m. XCity Towers will go up in two stages in the northern part of the city, near Vox Technology Park. The first 15-floor building is currently under construction. The scheme will include a total of eight buildings as well as parking.
