Wallberg secured €7.3m in financing from Garanti Bank for the construction of the second tower at its XCity Towers project in Timisoara. The building will offer 148 apartments on 16 floors. The investment is worth an estimated €12.5m. Wallberg has already broken ground on the building. The developer expects to finish work on the first tower in the second half of this year. Upon completion, the project will offer a total of 955 apartments, valued at €75m.
