The Walt Disney Company has submitted plans to Orange County for the development of 1,300 apartments for college students along with 150,000 square feet of commercial space. The site for consideration is located west of State Road 429 around Flamingo Crossings Boulevard on a 154 acre tract of land. The county’s technical review group will discuss the plans this coming Wednesday.
