Walther Herz has implemented virtual walks around Warsaw’s Centrum Królewska office building. Virtual walks around the building will complement the system of internet and telephone services. “I believe that many industries can benefit from a wider introduction of interior visualization services. Not only companies looking for space for rent and offices and real estate agencies but also developers, building and interior designers, restaurants, hotels and individual owners of properties for rent or sale,” said Bartłomiej Zagrodnik, CEO of Walter Herz. “Virtual viewing is also introduced massively by museums, galleries and other cultural institutions, and soon virtual automotive showrooms and, for example, fashion showrooms will become a standard.” Centrum Królewska offers 11,000 sqm of modern class A space as well as a three-level underground car park for more than 100 vehicles. Centrum Królewska has a BREEAM In-Use certificate.
