Walter Herz will head the commercialization effort of the EQ2 office building in Warsaw. The property is going up at the intersection of Wschowska and Juliana Konstantego Ordona streets. The eight-story office building will offer more than 4,300 sqm of space and 36 underground parking spots as well as storage rooms. The owner of the property is WaryÅski Group. āEQ2 is another one of our office investments in this part of Warsaw, which successfully combines quality and comfort. The new A class office building fits perfectly into the surrounding landscape, which is becoming more and more business-like,ā said Bogdan Borkowski, CEO of WaryÅski SA Grupa Holdingowa. Tenants will be able to move into the building in March 2021.
