Marvipol Development has named Warbud general contractor of its Topiel No 18 residential scheme in Warsaw. The project, to go up at the corner of Topiel and Leszczyńska streets, will offer 52 apartments, two commercial units as well as an underground car park. Warbud has around 530 days to complete the work after signing the PLN 45m contract. Completion is set for the end of April 2020.
