Warbud SA will oversee the construction of the Skyliner office tower, which is set to go up on Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw. Warbud signed the contract with Spektrum Real, a subsidiary of Karimpol Polska. Work is scheduled to break ground in September, with completion set for 2020. The 195-meter tower will offer nearly 44,000 sqm of leasable space. Skyliner was designed by the architectural studio APA Wojciechowski. The project will be financed with a loan from Pekao SA Bank.The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
