Warbud has renewed its lease agreement at the Nestlé House in Warsaw. The eight-story office building is located on Domaniewska street and offers 19,000 sqm of space. The property is owned by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund. The construction company has also decided to renew its lease on 276 sqm in the nearby Ambassador Office Building, which is also owned by the Hines Poland Sustainable Income Fund.
