German real estate investment manager Warburg-HIH acquired the Haus der Hofe office building in Bonn. The office has a gross lettable area of approximately 7,900 sqm. Strabag Real Estate & Pareto has been developing of the asset, which is scheduled to be completed by June 2019. The reported average lease term for tenants is 9 years. Haus der Hofe is located in the most important office location in the old national capital. The project is the second JV between Strabag RE and Pareto.“This acquisition brings the number of assets in fast-growing German cities up to nine,” said Stefanie Wicke, Fund Manager at Warburg-HIH Invest. “The deal continues our strategy of regional diversification and our selective and qualitative build-up of the fund portfolio.”
