Just weeks after taking Warsaw’s Prime Corporate Center, the German investor Warburg-IHH Real Estate has acquired the Aleja Pokoju 5 offices in Kraków. The seller is the developer Buma Group. Located in the city center, the 13,000 sqm scheme was delivered last year. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Hogan Lovells advised the buyer, while Greenberg Traurig represented the seller.
This is the second deal sealed by the German fund in the last few months on the Polish market, following the acquisition of Warsaw’s Prime Corporate Center. As reported by CIJ in March, the property changed hands at a record yield of 5.26 percent.
