Wargaming, a key player on the global online gaming market, recently set a branch in the Czech Republic, where it will establish an engineering center to test new technologies and titles. The company signed a lease on 1,300 sqm of class A office at Oasis Florenc in Prague 8 with an option to expand. Corporate legal services, data storage and business intelligence will also be handled out of its Prague headquarters. JLL brokered the lease. Wargaming, based in Minsk, has 16 offices with 4,000 employees worldwide. The company is developing, testing and selling online games, including World of Tanks and World of Warplanes, which have 150 million players globally.
