Warhorse Studios has signed a lease for office space at the recently completed Palmovka Park in the Prague 8 district of Liben. Warhorse director Martin Fryvaldsky says the company anticipates substantial growth in the coming year and that the new location should set the tone. “We’ve chosen Palmovka Open Park because of its location,” Fryvaldsky said. Yes, Liben is a bit farther from Karlin, but on the other hand the offices are larger and they’ll meet our current needs better.” CBRE brokered the lease agreement.
