In Prague, Warimpex has sold the four-star hotel angelo by Vienna House to Cimex Group in a deal that closed on Monday. The 168-room hotel located in the popular Prague 5 district includes a restaurant and jazz bar, along with five meeting rooms. The current operator, Vienna House, will continue to run the hospitality asset. “We are pleased to announce another successful transaction shortly before the end of the year. We are still active on the Prague hotel property market with the Diplomat Hotel,” said Warimpex’s CEO, Franz Jurkowitsch. The angelo hotel opened in 2006. The price of the deal was not disclosed.
