20 February 2014

Warimpex will place a total of PLN 200m in bonds on the Warsaw Stock Exchange within the next two years. The company’s supervisory board approved the plan this month, with the first package of bonds set to be issue within next two weeks. Worth PLN 30m, the corporate bonds will be due in 2018. Warimpex said that new plan will help fund company growth.

“More details on the issuance will be released as soon as we examine current demand from investors [for bonds] as well as the current market environment,” the company wrote in a statement, adding that it will maintain its conservative approach on the debt market.
