Warynski Group has almost completed construction work on its EQ2 office building in Warsaw. The property is located at the intersection of Wschowska and Ordona streets, in the Warsaw district of Wola. The eight-storey building will offer 4,300 sqm as well as a two-level underground car park. Retail and service space facing Ordona Street was arranged on the ground floor. The office building will use ecological solutions conducive to environmental protection, confirmed by the BREEAM certificate rated Very Good. Completion is scheduled for January 2021.
