The EQ2 office building, being developed by WaryÅski Holding Group in Warsaw, has topped off. The project is going up in the capitalās Wola district and will offer 4,300 sqm. Walter Herz is responsible for commercializing the project. āThe EQ2 building was designed to close off the frontage of Ordona street. In the future, it will be one of the main traffic routes of the Odolany area. And just as the planned tram will eventually connect Wola and Ochota, the EQ2 building will combine intimacy with central location, ecology and art, work and leisure,ā said Bogdan Borkowski, president of the management board at WaryÅski S.A. Holding Group.
