Warsaw HUB receives occupancy permit

24 July 2020

The Warsaw HUB complex has received an occupancy permit. The investment is located at the Daszynskiego roundabout and includes three high-rises: two 130-meter office buildings and an 86-meter hotel tower, connected by a podium and an underground convenience center. The first tenants will start moving in this August. The developer of the project is Ghelamco, while AMC studio designed the scheme. “This has been one of the biggest and most demanding projects in our company’s history. Building three skyscrapers in the very heart of a 2 million metropolis at the junction of busy streets, tram lines and metro tunnel was an enormous logistics and construction challenge,” said Jarosław Zagórski, commercial and business development director at Ghelamco Poland. “Today, after a few years, we are pleased to announce the completion of the investment and welcome the first tenants in the Warsaw HUB.”
