In 2018, 232,700 sqm of new office space was delivered across 23 projects in Warsaw, most of which came on line in the first half of the year, according to Savills. The largest completion was Centrum Praskie Koneser, which offers 21,100 sqm in four buildings, while Proximo II on Przyokopowa street and Equator IV on Jerozolimskie avenue delivered 19,950 sqm and 19,200 sqm, respectively. Another 255,000 sqm is expected to be added to the Warsaw office market in 2019, including Mennica Legacy Tower. At the end of December, the development pipeline stood at 780,000 sqm, comprised of high-rise office buildings like Varso Place, The Warsaw Hub, Warsaw Unit and a new skyscraper in the Generation Park complex.
