Modern office stock in the Polish capital hit 4.3 million sqm in the first six months of the year, according to the Warsaw Research Forum, with nearly 106,000 sqm delivered in Q2. Around 76 percent of the new office stock was delivered outside the city center, with 44,500 sqm going up in the northern districts and 69,200 sqm in the southwestern part of the city. Warsaw’s vacancy rate reached 13.4 percent at the end of June, up from 11.7 percent at the end of Q4 2013.
