Office supply in Warsaw exceeded 5.18 million sqm last year with the addition of 410,000 sqm hitting the market, according to the latest report by BNP Paribas Real Estate. Schemes located in the vicinity of the Daszyński roundabout, the Dworzec Gdański station and the Aleje Jerozolimskie corridor attracted the most tenant interest, while buildings located in the Mokotów office hub report low demand. BNP Paribas analysts noted that high supply, an extremely competitive market and increasing landlord flexibility resulted in 20 to 30 percent lower rents for tenants looking to sign leases on at least 2,000 sqm of space.
