Savills has completed the re-commercialization process of the Crown Square office building on Przyokopowa street in Warsaw. The remaining office units were leased by Sportradar Polska (280 sqm) and Mediaplanet (200 sqm). In 2015, Savills acting as Crown Square’s exclusive agent, finalized transactions with Enel-Med (1,000 sqm) and SER Solutions (530 sqm). Crown Square is a class A office building with a total leasable area of 16,000 sqm as well as a car park with 220 spots. The property has a BREEAM In Use Excellent certificate. Tenants include Nike, Oracle Poland, MicroStrategy and Signal Iduna. The property is managed by Invesco Real Estate.
