Warsaw’s new plan allows six new office schemes in CBD

Up to six new office schemes can be added to Warsaw’s CBD’s Emilii Plater street, according to the most recent master plan from the city of Warsaw. The plans include the Roma Tower office building, which will to be developed by BBI Development on Poznańska street.

The Polish media is reporting that that another three office towers may also go up near the city’s iconic Palace of Culture and Science, with specific plans for the construction having been recently released by Warsaw’s city hall. The daily Gazeta Wyborcza is reporting the buildings could reach 245 meters in height. Another two buildings are expected to go up on the so-called Emilia hall plot, owned by Griffin RE, and on a neighboring plot.
