Warsaw’s office stock totaled 5.59 million sqm in the first quarter of 2020, up by 1.9 percent y-o-y, according to Cresa Poland. Only one office building was delivered between January and March. There are currently 24 schemes underway, of which 12 are scheduled to be completed by the end of the year. “The first months of 2020 faced unprecedented challenges due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Business closures did not however impact office market metrics for the first quarter of the year. Many buildings under construction will be delivered to the market with high occupancy levels,” said Artur Sutor, partner and head of the office department at Cresa Poland.
