The two completions during the three-month period included Park Avenue and Koneser Centrum Praskie – Building C. The quarter’s weak output follows a strong performance in Q2, when 150,000 sqm of new office space came on-line. C&W anticipates another 48,800 sqm will be delivered by the end of the year. The pipeline indicts that 209,600 sqm and 405,100 sqm will be added to the city’s supply in 2019 and 2020, respectively.
