Sky Office Center in Warsaw received BREEAM In-Use certificates for building management and asset performance. Sweco Consulting firm was responsible for the property’s certification process. Sky Office Center is a class A office building, located in the city’s Mokotów district on the corner of Rzymowskiego and Modzelewskiego streets. The building, completed in 2013, offers 4,800 sqm of office space on six floors as well as ground floor retail.
