Warsaw Trade Tower owned by Globalworth, has been awarded a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of Excellent. As a result, it now has joined the ranks of some of the most environmentally sustainable office buildings in Poland. Previously, it held a BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of Very good. The new rating of Excellent with a score of 76.1% is one of the results of the recent modernisation of the building. Since the time of its purchase by Globalworth in the second quarter of 2019, the company has spent several million zloty for this purpose, and this is only the start of the planned changes for the office building.
Warsaw Trade Tower is one of the tallest office buildings in Warsaw. With 42 floors and a height of 208m as well as over 45,000 sqm of office space, the office tower is located at Chlodna Street in Wola district, near the Rondo Daszynskiego station on Warsaw’s second metro line. Several companies have their regional headquarters here, including insurance firm AXA, American Express, Avanssur, Leroy-Merlin and Mattel.
